The team at Frontera created an immediate visual way to bring Map & Track to life using a social platform that’s simple to use and familiar to all: Google Maps. Now clients can see at a glance all the candidates being tracked on customised maps. Each map shows future roles and geotags possible candidates, showing where in the world they are working now and importantly, where in the world they are prepared to work. Nichols report an 80% increase in client engagement with the process, 79% increase in client satisfaction and a 10% increase in Map & Track revenue.
